  Please Update your UI for easy Use ! Plus Power Consuptiom is Very high! Plus, your Shortest path detection algorithm is weak. I always get a long route instead of short route even if i change by few 100 meters in maps. Plus make DevOp team to perform better to dont release update each week i am getting new updates . Plus, your sms Api have flaw in it. Can get a verification OTP for new users.

  Just downloaded Rider maybe 50 meters away from me I can see him on map bihind a turning. Called and said he can't find me and cancel the ride. I didn't find option to cancel so I called him again and said I am close to you as I walked towards the location he said he can't find me and said to cancel again. Went pathao got a ride in 5 min mid route I get call from tootle rider he is at my location after 10 mins. Tootle rs5 cheaper for the same route.
