The adult 3-D comedy series follows the exploits of Tsunami Tuna, a giant radioactive tuna and his sidekick, RAD, an ex-Navy weaponized albino dolphin. Their adventures include recruiting Billy, a marine mammal theme park escapee, to join their "fish army" and stop man's destruction of the world's oceans. All while being pursued by a crazed, one-eyed Russian sea captain.
