Description of UNDOK

UNDOK™ is the companion app for your compatible SmartRadio or connected speaker. Use UNDOK to connect your product to your wireless network, set it up and add more products to your home in the future.
UNDOK™ allows you to control key functionality of your device including turning on/off, selecting the audio source, selecting the audio content, playing/pausing, setting the volume and accessing pre-sets.
Supported audio sources include Line Input, DAB, Internet Radio, Podcasts, FM Radio, Bluetooth, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Napster. The sources displayed in UNDOK will depend on the functionality enabled in your audio device.
UNDOK™ is also compatible with Spotify Connect so you can play your music directly from your Spotify app into your device. See www.spotify.com/connect for more details.

  When it connects correctly with the Dab radio the app is 1st class unfortunately connection is a complete game of chance hence the 3 stars.

  Negative: - Menu is not logic and fully incomprehensible. - Navigation is almost impossible. - Favourite stations can't be organised alphabetically. I tried this app with the HAMA DIT2100MSBT hifi-tuner which also has a complete incomprehensible menu structure. I use the supplied remote with this HAMA hifi-tuner. This app is useless! "Undok team, please use the AirMusic Control as an example how to make a good and fully comprehensible audio app."

  I'm using Undok to control a Ruark MRx smart speaker playing music from an attached USB stick, a network attached hard drive and music stored locally on a Samsung S4 tablet. The basic functionality of the App is fine BUT it's very disappointing that the App will not display album artwork from any of my music sources. The artwork is there and is displayed in a range of different players but not Undok.

  Cannot connect to any of my devices cannot search by IP address it has stopped working on my Samsung a40 but the app works perfectly on my Samsung s7.

  It keeps loosing/deleting the Ruark speakers, that the previous day worked. Will not connect, Spotify cannot connect, just says connecting then stops. I think I maybe returning all three of the Ruark. Terrible.

  Very hit and miss. Some weeks finds my device with no problem, majority of the time fails, even via the IP. Advice of changing the radio's current function to help connection rather undermines the point of the app as I may as well just control it from the device now am there.
