  I personally hate this app they force me to change my password all the time I never had an account hacked or stolen and always use the same password no problems this app i can never get into because I have to change the password so much I never know what it is app is trash

  Worst app ever. Half the time this garbage app will not allow you to punch in or it gives an error saying your punch failed to go through just to find out it actually did. Have nightmares about this terrible application... worst mistake my company has ever made switching to Ultipro..

  It only worked for several hours at work last week. After that, it would let me sign in, but, it kept saying, " time info is currently unavailable, punches will still be recorded". How? I could not even punch in or transfer into a different location! I have 2 smart phones, still, would not work! We have tablets at work wherein we could also use, but, hopeless, would NOT let me! ! This app sucks!

  I hate this app, so much. We are usually able to view our paystubs 3 days before payday. And for some, we were able to get our pay a day early. This app/company has caused nothing but confusion and chaos at our workplace.
