Description of VI Mobile

VI Mobile is a video surveillance application that allows authorized users access to live and recorded video on VideoInsight servers. Video is displayed at full resolution and high frame rates using H.264 video compression when available.
Users can also control PTZ cameras, save and e-mail snapshots, and view facility maps and alarms. User access is controlled by the VideoInsight server and features robust integration with Active Directory users and groups. Access control features allow you to lock and unlock doors and view alarm history for devices in your system.

  No wonder this app sucks, it's been 2 years since it's been updated. I can't see any of the live video when I click on one of my cameras, I have to switch to another app and then switch back and then only about half the time will the live feed display. Of course more often than not it doesn't actually show live feed, but rather just a single frame. Also trying to watch playback is very cumbersome, controls don't work other than play/pause. Often the wrong time/date will play back.

  Obsolete. Unable to get more recent app (VI Mobile 2) in the Play store, but the Apple App store has had it for a while now. Since Panasonic recommended that I install the most recent version on my server replacement, now I can't access it with any Android based mobile devices. Not happy this has caused me to waste a lot of time.

  App hasn't been updated for 2 years. Doesn't show video of several cameras or sometimes only shows a still picture. Video history unusable.
