1. Before recording vital signs, press the plus button on the main screen to enter the basic information of the subject. A list containing the subject's information appears on the main screen list. 2. By default, the item display is based on sorting in descending order. If necessary, you can change the sorting order in ascending and descending order.
3. From the Vital Signs Record main screen, press and hold an item to display the patient information modification and deletion menu. When deleting, all related information is deleted.
4. From the Vital Signs Record main menu, you can view the menu list to export or import to Excel, back up the database, and use the Delete All function to delete all items.
5. In the Vital Signs Record, the search function can basically use the associated character if the name of the subject is available.

7. Vital Signs Record prints vital signs and target information in an Excel file. If there are sheets by item, the records are saved by sheet.
8. In the Vital Signs Record, if you use Export, all files are saved as / storage / emulated / 0 / Vitalsign_recode / and you can use the file explorer to move to where you want. (An error may occur if the format of the Excel file content is different during import. Please be careful.)
9. Vital Signs Record allows you to export and import only the information of the subjects from the existing records into Excel, which you can record and re-import according to the saved format (the existing records will be deleted during import).
10. Vital Signs Record allows you to export the patient information form, record it in the format and import it into the Import Patient Information function (the existing record will be deleted during import).
