This application support Laundry management, Purpose of this Laundry app is to laundry owner will register with its laundry location and login with its login credentials so customers can see its laundry for send requests for wash cloth, Iron, Dry cleaning. By using this app laundry owner can maintain all his customer requests of laundry and billing. Owner can also add a customer with its request which are comes into new request bucket.
Laundry owner will decide its laundry item rate. He can delete and update its laundry item price using different category of cloths. Also he can see laundry items price list which he added.
For new Request owner can add its selective address as a pickup address, pickup date & time, drop date & time and comment (optional). For pickup address if customer having login and he saved some address they can also see and select by Owner.
As on that request owner will confirm that request or also cancel (cancel time he need to add cancel comment) and rescheduling request with drop & pickup details can change .after confirm request that will go into pending as owner can collect customer cloths with selective cloths category and submit count of cloths .after adding cloths that cloths request will go into in-progress after cleaning cloths they can delivered customer cloths.
Owner will chat and locate customer added address during request process. After delivered cloths to customer, owner can see billing of that particular request and download bill as PDF format.
Owner can see customer review rating which given by customer in which average rate values he can see. Owner can see Cancel request.
Wash Depot app provide Billing as per billing owner can see its own billing details for current month, last month, till now
In which owner can see total request, total customer, and total amount also manage laundry request count as delivered, pending, in-progress and cancel.
