  After initial teething problems and reading other reviews left I found that the support team responded to my email queries and reassured me. I left the app running for the duration of this project and today I received an email to confirm that the project is now completed, I can now delete the app and my reward will be issued shortly.   Great, helped me to complete my survey and get the reward. Whenever there was a problem they would message me and it would get resolved. However there were problems with the mic as it kept saying that there was a problem whenever I played music outloud or in my headphones. Apart from this generally quite a good app

  I like it but the only downside is that you can't have it running while listening to an audio book or taking a video.

  Pretty happy easy money. I would receive a text message to tell me to reconnect. It seems listening to things on the phone whilst conducting the trail can interfere with it. So unused my tablet when I had to listen to podcasts.

  DO NOT download this app or fall for the money reward part from this research. I was on the panel for more than ONE MONTH and I just got kicked out from it. The app works fine the first two weeks then you will start waking up with daily messages at 9 am telling you to either restart your phone or re-install the app as they are not receiving any signal. You can do it as much as you want, it won't change anything even if you explain them you've done everything. You get no money. Liars. Not worthy.
