  Never works the way its supposed to. Every single time I open it, it automatically defaults to an error and I have to click "sign out" first, then sign back in. And it doesn't matter how many times I've clicked on "remember this device", I encounter the same issue every time. I only use the app to pay my bill. So, its even more insulting that I have to jump thru so many damn hoops to pay them. One of the biggest corps in the world and they can't get a damn app to work right.

  Needs work to provide integrated inapp features. Troubleshoot and customer support are difficult. Speed test should be easy to locate. Not happy

  "Cannot take screenshot due to security policy" It's my account. I've already signed in, what security issue is there? This is ridiculous. Let me screenshot my accepted payment. 🙄

  Really can't fairly rate it due to not being able to use it at all. Get error message saying "Can't connect account" but login online just fine without any issues. Zero stars would be more applicable.

  I do Praise God for this App. I did not realize that this App is pretty much easy to use. I just recently found out that I can check my Account Balance right here on this App once a Month before I go make a Payment to Comcast Xfinity: This is 100% alright with me & I am a very Happy Satisfied Customer.

  Mostly useless. I want to be able to directly contact customer support. Instead I get some computer that misunderstands my needs. Why must we use useless apps for everything. As a new customer, I'm already unhappy.
