Welcome Yolo cabs users !! Get a ride in minutes. A location-based app that makes hiring an on-demand
private driver...easy. For riders - Yolo cabs is a convenient, inexpensive and safe taxi service. Hire a
private driver to pick you up & take you to your destination with the tap of a button on any smartphone
device.
Yolo cabs is available in many cities around the world. With an Yolo cabs account, you can request a ride
in any city where Yolo cabs operates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Here's how to request a ride:
1. Enter your destination address in the "Where to?" box
2. Tap "CONFIRM PICKUP" or tap your pickup location on the map to enter a different address
3. Swipe through the list of vehicle options available in your area. Tap one to select it for your ride.
4. Tap "CONFIRM [vehicle option]." You may be asked to confirm your pickup location again.
5. Wait while the app matches you with a driver
6. Once a driver accepts your request, you'll see their location and estimated time of arrival on the map
FARE ESTIMATE
To get a fare estimate, go through steps to request a ride in-app, but don't confirm the ride. Fare
estimates are shown for each vehicle option if upfront pricing is available in your area.
RATE YOUR DRIVER
At the end of each trip, you'll be able to rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars. You can also provide this
rating at the bottom of your receipt.
SOS ICON
Emergency assistance is now in the app.
If there’s ever an urgent situation during the ride, you can now call 911 directly from the Yolocabs app
by tapping the SOS icon on the map. Your location and trip details will be available for you to share with
authorities.
