  I did subscribe bthe car in the month of oct 2019 and i got the car in the month of march 2020 after listing the car for 1 week it went for a block period. I got my car back im the month of sept 2020. After listing the car for 2 months i earned aome 2k ruppes and now they are telling me to pay 10k. From march month the car was with them and i dint a single penny till now. Guys please be careful while subscribing its a fraud. They are looting money from us.

  Worst experience with zoomcar.... Don't go with this zoomcar service... I am subscriber of zoomcar....they can change their policy according to them without prior notice....my subscription period is 1 year but now they suddenly tell me that we can't give u the same price which was allocat during subscription period... And they are doing this in between of my subscription period... They hike their price by own...they don't care at all Their customer.... They are only doing their own profit...😡

  This app is the most disorganised app i have come across so far. And to top this the service provided by this section once you have rented out the car is so pathetic. The contact numbers that I had been given by the staff during the delivery of the car have all been swicthed off!! There is no sync within the customer care as there seems to be no history of the problems being addressed by the customer being recorded nor taken seriously.

  Please dont subscribe zoom car.. They are not giving refund even after cancellation of contract from last 8 months and terminate the contract without informing you and pick your car without asking you...
