Xpress eMAR app is an android based application which can be used on a Tablet or Smart Mobile Phone. Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) serves as a legal record of the drugs administered to a patient at a facility by a health care professional. It is powered by VCare's Plarform.

Medication prompts – Carers are shown which medication to administer for each visit, with detailed instructions, drug warnings and images; enabling the carer to provide the right medication.
Administration – Carers log medication as administered or skipped with reason codes and any additional comments.
Updated automatically – Each time medication is administered or skipped, the data gets logged automatically in the patient’s eMAR chart.

Original and Blister Pack :
VCare's EMAR works with both original and blister pack, giving full flexibility to choose the option for medicine dispensation.
All data is stored on VCare’s secure server. This can be accessed in future for auditing purposes.
Xpress eMAR App also supports QR Code functionality which helps pharmacies to supply original medicine packs. Carers can scan the QR Code at point-of-service while administering medicines, this ensures correct medicines are dispensed. This is paramount for patient safety and enables to comply with CQC standards.
