Using the DVC Resale app, users can view deeded real estate interest that are available for sale. The real estate interest is of public record. The app is merely presenting information about the properties to app users on behalf of the owner's of the real estate interests.
Additionally, DVC Resale Market has written listing agreements for each real estate interest presented in the app.
