This is a simple free Android phone app which helps medical coders and users search for HCPCS 2015 Level II codes using words from the procedure or code description. Enter a word
or a combination of word descriptions in the action bar search box, e.g: tetracycline, and get a drop-down list of all HCPCS 2015 containing the word 'tetracycline'. On selecting the specific code from the drop-down list, get the complete code description. Please refer to the attached
screenshots for additional help on searching codes. In landscape mode type, the words in the search box and click 'Go' to get a list of codes. Includes all the HCPCS Level II 2015 modifier codes too. Works in portrait as well as landscape mode. For Android version 4.0 and above.
