  I use it to make and send small audio files via email. The hi-res functionality is very good. I would like to use it with an external soundcard and be able to port audio i/o with various other apps including the phone itself. I still give it 5 stars as it works really well. Actually, it is magnificent. The capacity to record in the ogg format is a huge plus.
