Welcome to quickgamer’s Marvel Contest of Champions walkthrough guide for beginners. We are currently working on the complete list of characters in the game, since they are not listed by default, each one having its own info page with details along with special abilities and synergies. We also list the skills in a different page, since these are shared among all characters.
All the character moves and skills are clearly explained in the tutorial, you can watch it again in the video above.
If all your team members are alive, you can swipe on the left side of the champion selection screen to change the character facing the opponent (this is different than changing the team set up), you can only choose a champion in Story Mode, since in Versus Mode, you can only pick one champion at a time.
If you want to see the potential rewards for any given fight, tap on the plus icon right below the two champions chart before the fight. You can mix light medium and heavy attacks to create combo attacks. These combos are broken when you get hit.
