You can monitor your heart rate and save it to your SD-Card or on the net and watch your heart rate anytime anywhere. All you need is an ant capable smartphone and a heart monitor.
Furthermore can you sync your heart rate data with the webserver (http://heart.julian-steinbock.de/). It is possible to set an alarm when your heart rate is above or under a certain value.
