One of our oldest dealers, Walton Electronics has been using our SMS based Product Registration App since the beginning of Digital Campaign. Registration done using the app ensured the customer a form of Digital Warranty card and also ensured the dealer receive their fair share of benefits. So far, he has been really pleased with the app.
But recently due to some technical difficulties from the mobile operator’s end, his regular registration was hampered. As many dealers across the country were facing similar problem, we decided to move this registration from SMS based to online base. We also gave options to the dealers to use app developed by third-party vendors so that dealers have multiple ways to register the products.
After this move, dealers were even more motivated to register the products as this medium of product registration is cheaper than the SMS method.
The established Product Registration App will be updated to allow dealers to see more detailed information. After the development of the app, the dealers will be able to see their registration data, sub-dealer information and also payment information.
