This app lets you add a tile to your Quick Settings menu & when pressed will copy a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ to your clipboard ready to paste into any text field.
Don't waste precious time minimizing the app you're in, searching for a shrug in Google, selecting it, copying it, going back into the app you were just in and pasting it.
Simply swipe down, tap the shrug icon and it is ready to paste wherever you want.

Now supporting devices running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and below. Instead of a quick setting tile, there will be a permanent notification button that will copy a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ when tapped. (Please note: Every time you restart your phone you will need to relaunch the app to bring back the notification button. This will be fixed in future updates hopefully. This only effects android 6.0 and below and does not apply to the quick settings tile.)
