USING THE APPLICATION
You can start a session that you can perform in the comfort of your home.
1. The "advice" part allows you to evaluate your state and suggests a privileged path. (Established with Doctors in Psychology, Psychiatrists and Sophrologists).
In the statistics section, you will see your progress at level of sleep, stress, anxiety and addiction.
2. Do the initiation or basic sessions first.
To quickly reach a state between wakefulness and sleep, you must practice the basic sessions regularly between 15 days and 1 month.
The reading of the body session will benefit you immediately to better manage your stress or sleep.
Repeat your favourite sessions several times and you will experience different sensations each time.
After selecting a session, write down how you feel before starting the session ("pre-sophronisation" part).
3. At the end of your session, you will be in the "Phenodescription" part:
You write down everything you felt throughout the session. Detail your feelings so that your session will be more effective.
Click on OK to return to the home page or you can go directly to the next session.
4. By clicking on the "Pheno" icon you will find the history of all your phenodescriptions.
