  I switched from subscribing to Epix as a channel on Amazon Prime Channels to directly subscribing a few weeks ago. On Prime Channels, the service was mostly good, regarding consistent quality in streaming, but finding content in that interface is not the best experience. Also, I prefer to subscribe to content independently to keep additional 3rd party support out of the loop where I can. Since switching to using the EPIX Now app on a direct subscription, I'm seeing frequent distortion in my content streaming experience, both on my phone and my Chromecast with Google TV device. Video playback stutters and freezes, audio falls out of synch with the video for several seconds, and often resuming after pausing the video requires backing out of the video and selecting it again. If these things aren't fixed soon, I may have to switch back to using Prime Channels for my EPIX content, but I'd rather not do that if it can be avoided.

  The app is super glitchy and it freezes and unsyncs audio channel with the video watching a show with a lot of sub and I'm missing a lot of dialogue please fix I love their original series that they have.

  The Epix series "Deep State" was apparently canceled. The story wasn't even finished. It was such a well done production so I'm shocked to discover this. I uninstalled the app as a result.

  Unbelievably frustrating... I was giving it shot because the list of available titles is decent; however, I couldn't even start the trial, it kept declining my cards, all of them. So obviously there's an issue with your ridiculous app, so I'm not wasting any more time in it, and hope others don't either. Thanks for nothing Epix, I'm sticking to the pros (HBO, SHO)

  Doesn't work on Samsung 6 series. Piece of junk. Have to get the app on your TV and then also on your phone. Cast functionality does not work. Sucks bc Epix is my favorite. Oh well.
