To Apply the theme
1. Join the notification weather community on Google https://plus.google.com/communities/101868403449939381372
2. Apply for the beta testing here https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.orbar.NotificationWeatherPro
3. Update to v2.0 beta 2 or higher
4. Install the theme. Launch the theme app to install it.
5. Apply the theme through the the theme chooser in Notification Weather settings
