High Res will help you to test your response to stress and adjust your response in real time by using the stress management tools in the app.
You can also optimise your performance and build your psychological resilience and mental fitness by using High Res regularly, set performance goals and track your progress.
High Res has been designed to assist serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force personnel and their families to manage the daily stresses of military life, deployment, transition to civilian life and life post-service.
Developed by the Australian Department of Veterans’ Affairs in partnership with the Australian Department of Defence, High Res offers a range of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools taught in the BattleSMART program.

  Looks like this app might be helpful for me. I'm not a Veteran or even family or friend of one, so I hope it's OK for me to use this app. A suggestion... There needs to be a way to bookmark where you left off when doing the surveys or exercises. If you get interrupted part way through, you have to start all over again when you get back into the app - even just accidentally hitting the back button causes the same thing to happen... That doesn't help my frustration levels at all. 😏
