Your facility manager or building services contact will provide you with an invitation mail for the app.

In buildings with KONE Elevator Call you can use the KONE Flow app on your smartphone to call the elevator when arriving or leaving.
You can also set favorite floors to make getting around the building quicker and easier than ever.
