    I like this app a lot. The guided program is really helpful and calculates timing for the more complex intervals (like ladders). I also really like that it lets me select varying difficulty levels for many of the exercises, pick my own set times, etc. Be aware that the app is more geared to men. As a not-currently-very-fit woman, I have to adapt the easiest exercises at times. This studio and trainer are coming out with an app for women (called Body by You) soon. The fittest I've ever been was when I was following the workouts in the book of the same name by Mark Lauren. I'll use this app until that one comes out, but if I were a fella, I'd likely stick with this one, as the strength increments are maybe a little more appropriate for men, or perhaps for women who are already somewhat fit.

    I use to think, in order to get fit and healthy that a person has to lift weights regularly. Unfortunately, when I trained with weights, my appetite increased at an excessive rate , and I couldn't balance my diet accordingly to keep up with my body demands. So I ditched the weights, and I discovered the beauty and power of using my own body to gain fitness and sculpt my physique through body weight exercises from Mark Lauren's You Are Your Own Gym book , and now through these apps. Im so happy I can use this app
