    If you were searching for a live help software mobile app that helps you provide support anytime, anywhere, then proprofs chat is the perfect option. I never thought delighting customers would become less of a hassle. Plus, my agents appreciate how they no longer have to sit at their systems to provide support to customers. They can reach out to them or manage support queues. I haven’t witnessed their app crashing every now and then. So for me it’s perfect!

    I feel proprofs chat became perfect with its mobile app. We can reply instantly no matter where we are. Plus, we don’t feel the need to be at our seats constantly as we get notified in case a new chat gets initiated from a visitor. And, we too can initiate a chat with a site visitor if they’ve been on a page for long. But I still feel it can do better if desktop features too get added to the mobile app.

    Great app!! Love how fast it is... I was using a different chat app before this. But due to speed issues we had to switch to ProProfs Chat. And trust me, we didn’t regret the decision and so would you. It is really fast therefore helping my agents respond back to customer queries fast and efficiently.
