Blue Dot Connect (BDC) app is a mall navigation solution that assists users to navigate to specific locations or stores at malls enabled with our Blue Dot Technology. The app provides real time notifications and promotions to users based on their location within the mall. Users can navigate to the specific stores or locations within the mall by searching using keywords or the name of a store. Users can also navigate to locations by selecting the location from the mall map The user will be able to navigate from any location outside the mall (using google maps) as the app will switch to the indoor navigation (mall map) once the user is within range of the selected mall navigation solution. The route will be shown within the mall and the blue dot will move as the user travels along the route.
The app provides real time promotions and notifications to users based on their location while they are in the mall. Shop Owners and Mall Management are able to load targeted promotions in the form of banner adverts or text based specials.
Promotions can be setup for specific periods and will only be pushed to shoppers that are in the mall. The user will receive the promotions at specific zone/s as defined by the shop owner or mall management.
The Blue Dot Connect solution connects the shopper, shop owner and mall management to give the shopper a high degree of convenience to navigate and search for shops in the mall. Users receive promotions while they are in the mall maximizing their benefit by being in the right place at the right time.
