Description of DateBar - date in status bar

Small app to show the current date as a notification in the status bar
No ads
Features:
-
create your own icons
choose text, font, color and size
Requires Android version 6 Marshmallow (or above)
- option to hide the notifications from lock screen.
NOTE - Android 6 Marshmallow also offers this feature through Application Manager.
- languages: Built in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Deutsch
Support for device language
- colors: blue, green and white icons
- day of the week display (sun, mon, ...)
- format settings: you can choose how to display the date
For example:

  1. Did not like the appearance & couldn't modify it to look closer to the font in my status bar. 2. Did not want icons. 3. Only showed the first two letters of the day, even though it was set to three. DELETED.

  Does what it says, only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because like others have pointed out, it leaves 3 notifications which is pretty unnecessary. But it does work and has lots of options for how you want everything to display, I'd just suggest they consolidate it down to 1 notification and also maybe add font options for the text

  Works as it says, but would be much better if it didnt permanently leave 3 notifications in your task bar. Ideally wouldnt leave any notifications, but AT least find a way to consolidate it down to 1. If that happens, 5 star app.

  Puts 3 cards on dropdown notifications, otherwise works great.

  Looks & works great on my Galaxy Note 9. It's streets ahead. Doesn't appear to have any match close to it as similar apps only work on older versions of Android.
