An application for employees to recognize the outstanding work done by themselves or their peers.
Voting Methods:

Employee Self Voting
An employee is able to vote for him/her self for any outstanding work done by him. He should be able to enter the details of the work done.
Employee Peer Voting
An employee is able to vote for his peers (i.e. anybody else in ther organization) for any outstanding work done by him.
Customer Voting
An employee get additional votes for each reference to them by name in customer reviews/feedbacks posted on the various forums like Trip Advisor, Google Reviews, Zoop etc.
Functions by Roles:

Employee:
As an employee, he or she is able to vote for myself for my outstanding work by providing details of the work done.
Head of the Department:
As Head of the Department, I should be able to validate the self votes of employees in my organization.
Reputation Manager:
As a reputation manager, I should be able to enter a vote for any employee in the organization based on the citation in the customer reviews/feedback received along with the customer citation.
Human Resources Manager:
As a HR manager, I should be able to review all the votes recieved by the employees in the entire organization.
General Manager:
As a General Manager, I should be able to review all the votes recieved by the employees in the entire organization.
System Work flow:

An integration between the EOM system and HR system(ESS) will be used to collect the list of employees eligible to participate in the EOM process.
