Life Spring Yoga is
12 years old Yoga Institute founded by Yoga passionate couple Dr Ritesh Patel and Poonam Patel. Dr Ritesh is an Ayurvedic graduate and yoga postgraduate. He is in this field since 20 years having 15 years of yoga teaching experience. He regularly visits others institutions as faculty in India and other countries.
Mrs. Poonam Patel is the Co founder Director of the well known Life Spring yoga studio at Vadodara. A lady with various degrees and accreditations. She has completed her Bachelors’s In Microbiology and PGD In Lab technology. She did her first Yoga instructor course in 2003 from S-VYASA, Bangalore. This was followed by a fellowship in obesity and weight management from the Apollo hospital research and education forum, Hyderabad. She has completed a certificate course of pre and postnatal Yoga and yoga for female health issues.
LifeSpring is affiliated to Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Sansthan Bengaluru for its teachers training course.
Life are associate centre of Indian Yoga Association and Asian yoga therapist Association.
LifeSpring conducts regular live sessions of Asana ( various styles )pranayama meditation and relaxation sessions with qualified and experienced trainers.
