This APP has been developed for Hughes to be used for the support team. This is to be installed on the mobile phones of the service engineers and would help the organization in tracking the turn around time for a customer complaint on real-time basis.
This APP is to be used by their employees in order to report back to office on work related activities or marking attendance. The information sent using this application is first transmitted using the internet connection present on the mobile phone of the user either through 3G or Wi-Fi. And, in case the internet connectivity is missing, the application will send the information using SMS. This app uses the Device Administrator permission. Therefore, the user has to click on ‘Accept’ before installing/activating the app, thus granting the access to this App to use Internet or SMS for communication. In case you click on ‘Decline’, this App will not install.
