Testimonial App – This app is to capture customer testimonial and send it to central server where the moderator can view it and upload on FB, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram. Broadly the following need to be captured
a. Customer’s agreement to use his image/video as a testimony for VLCC services. This will be a tick box for the agreement.
b. Capture the customer photo or take a video
c. Key in his testimonial, mention the service he/she has taken
d. Upload on central location.
e. All inputs are manual to start with. To be integrated with CRM in Phase 2
f. Image file should be ready for upload on FB, Twitter, Instagram
