  This camera/app is terrible. I'm using an outdoor Heimlink camera. I turned off motion detection and turned on "humanoid detection". It detects cats, spider webs ! Useless. And for the instant notifications, clicking on the notification does not bring you to the video timestamp. It just opens the app. You still have to select playback, find the time/video. The playback slider is terrible. You should click on the notification and it plays the video. I'll be getting rid of the camera and the app

  Frustrating! Got the membership for the cloud one time, when it came time to renew no matter what card or form of payment I used it denys me everytime and now have no access to all features the camera has. Waste of money if you ask me.

  Utter rubbish. Regularly fails to connect. Crashes when switched to HD.

  For the low price this camera does what it says. Easy to use, my first time with anything like this and it has been easy. Directions are easily followed. I use this to look in on my 86 yr old gma whom I take care of. When I'm not home I feel so much better now that I can SEE what she is up to!! Haven't figured out how to talk on it but I haven't tried too much. I just read all the reviews, and I am surprised that they are all pretty much bad. I hope I don't run into any of the same probl
