  Worst service ever , cars are not clean not sanitized at all as they claimed , non professional stuff as you have to wait 45 minutes to get the car and prices are so so expensive compared with other companies, last time to rent from them !

  They have problem in the app to complete profile it is not showing id type from drop down menu and then you can't complete your profile setup.

  i have bad experiemce with this online rent a car service here in Riyadh. I booked a car 6 hours before the pickup time and paid online bit when i pickup my reserved car, shop manager says car is not available. dont try this at all, better go to any rent a car shop near you and pick any car of your choice. Bad thing is my money was only 50% refunded for a car not even available and not driven. this is so unfair.
