  Extremely disappointed and frustrated. They "claim" to make the delivery on time but I have had late package deliveries from desertcart twice now.. and one of my package is still not here... its been almost a month now!! You already have a 10 day window for the delivery.. even then you can't deliver in between the given dates.. Like seriously.. either don't publish and claim the delivery time on your page. When you claim it then provide it.

  Queue on your customer chat support is soooooo BAD it tooks me more than 30mins just to talk to your chat support 👎👎👎 i want to complain damage order , this App is not recomended

  Terrible. It keeps crashing and change prices. Once you add an item of reasonable price to your cart it keeps increasing it every couple of hours even if in the cart. It is more like a bait. Such deception deserves a zero rating or even under! Also, there is no remember me option. Every single time you open the app it requires a one time use password.

  If you think this app along with its customer service is anything comparable to Amazon, then you are in for a huge disappointment. They sometimes answer your questions, with no resolution to your problem, and you will rarely, if ever, get your purchases on time.
