  Bad services.. booking system on app not accuring with booking on website browser using same account. Your prebooking can be cancelled without been informed from Xcite. You need to check time to time what happenned to your booking. Customer services call center not helping even their system not helping for customer

  1.Data consumption is very much while opening and for loading items, you guys should check out amazon and flipkart, which are easily loadable in any device. Use it 2.You guys are not updating your stocks. I went to you store for an click and collect clearance item and the store guy told, that item was one piece left which is already been taken by some manager of your store itself long before. And you guys are still not removing the item from app, what kind of app management are you doing?
