  Great app, good cars, good customer support. However, the Rookie fee is terrible as there is no option to say in advance that one has a renewed license or in my case, translated into German. I sent an email with my old national license as proof that I've been a driver for 8 years now but still no response. I don't want to pay 9 euros every month for nothing. Furthermore, the first ride I had with the VW Polo, the engine wouldn't start after parking. Thankfully, their customer support helped me.

  Today really terrible experience. I parked my car but was right next to it and it finished the ride externally (no idea why). Later the engine wasn't going on for an EPC problem. For this reason I was charged extra just because I parked the car to look for help. Hope I'll get a refund. An emergency phone number to call if the car has a technical failure would be helpful.

  Very disappointed. It does not accept my Romanian drivers license. It seems that discrimination still happens even though it is a EU country for at least 13 years.

  The worst User sign-up process of my life. You are supposed to take pictures of documents, that doesn't work. If any of the steps fails, you need to start from the complete beginning. They ask for the issuing country of documents and not all of the EU countries are in the list. This app feels as if it is build by complete juniors. I am really worried about the security of my documents.
