SBI Mobile Coach provides tools and resources for coaching people to higher levels of safety performance and behaviors in a safety-leadership culture. It's the official app for the wildly popular "From Compliance to Culture" safety-leadership workshop by safetyBUILT-IN (www.safetybuiltin.com).

Interactive Assessment Forms: You can use these forms to observe and evaluate the quality of a safety meeting or the level of interaction in a toolbox meeting while the meeting is being conducted! Another interactive form allows you to coach a supervisor, a safety leader, or a meeting leader on their safety engagement skills, and to record their self-assessment (and yours!), capture their ideas for improvements, and create a plan of action for moving forward -- all while conducting your coaching session!
You simply input your observations, submit them when finished, and the results are emailed directly to you for your review.
You can then use those results to create a history of your observations and coaching sessions, establish benchmarks, and track progress of performance improvements over time.
