Description of SIMS Toolkit

Sublime Matrix, a software company based in Westlands, Nairobi has developed a Web and Mobile-based SIMS Toolkit to automate the manual SIMS activity.
The SIMS Toolkit provides the following functions:
a) Incorporates SIMS 4.0 Site Tool.
b) Automated SIMS activities. Web & Mobile-based SIMS.
c) Linked with MFL Code website for all facilities.
d) Ability for an organization to set preferred facilities for SIMS. Color code them as Dark Green or Light Green.
e) Mobile app with offline SIMS. Set up the app and undertake SIMS and sync later. Optimized for 7” tablets.
f) Automated SIMS Dashboards. Shows scores for facilities per SIMS done.
g) Perform both Internal (organization initiated) and External (donor initiated) SIMS
h) Monitor SIMS performance per facility over time. Graph of facility SIMS performance over time
i) Monitor SIMS action points for poor performing indicators.
j) Export SIMS results to Excel.
k) Provide SIMS results to third parties via the Web Application.
