A sailboat pursuit race is a race where the boat starting times are adjusted so all boats should finish together if they sail
to their handicap.
Sailboats start individually at an assigned start time.
The handicap for a sailboat is the number of seconds that the boat is expected to be faster or slower than a reference boat for one mile.
The Pursuit Start Time app conveniently computes the start time for one sailboat using three inputs (race distance, reference boat handicap, and this boat handicap).
The app then provides a real time count down to your start.
The countdown on the screen is augmented by a voice also counting down.
Add actual start time and clean up some inconsistent code.
