  My experience with nugs was great once I got a free membership by giving them my credit card online for a 30-day trial. My friend shared a username and password before hang with me which ended up not working but interested in me enough to sign up. Being a a little-bit weary about buying anything online with my debit card I usually don't have? I became pissed off when all of a sudden I no longer was able to have access to it in the middle of a song. I would give low rating. Ha no month for me

  Terrible app, not available to stream on FireTV. No support like they claim. I can't figure out how to cancel. They said since I paid thru google play, I have to cancel thru it.

  Still no cast to device functionality, im on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and anytime I try to cast I just get a pop up screen that "scans for device" indefinitely while youtube, spotify, etc. all have no trouble casting to my Smart TV. Would be really nice to fix this for future livestream webcasts.

  I need to cancel my subscription, not because I dislike the app, but because money is tight. I try to cancel through the app, but nothing is available, so I go to the website to cancel, and when I click manage my subscription it links opens to this page.
