  The app is slow and has a lot of glitches. There are times when it will take a good 30 seconds to load the next few items after hitting the more button 🔘. I don't personally understand the purpose of even having a more button 🔘 to begin with. When you chose to tap on an item then hit the back button 🔘 about 50% of the time it takes you back to the begining of the page 📟 . There are a lot if items listed that are out of stalk and some of them have been out for over a year now. please fix.

  I just want to check my credit card balance. Makes you jump through hoops to even find your credit card. NOT user friendly!!

  It has a ton to offer but finding what you need is a problem. Its like a 1950s electrical wiring in a pretty looking exterior car

  It was horrible. Everytime I would try to go back, it would go to a blank screen. If I try to go back again, it would kick me out of the app. Also, it never sends a confirmation email to change your password for being a Sears rewards member. I like Sears, please fix this.
