Employee attendances are used in payroll module to automatically calculate the total leaves, pending leaves, working days. Various types of leaves/absences/late comings can be marked for employees. The Employee Attendance module helps to maintain a record of every employee and it effectively manages attendance of them working in company.
This module maintains a database of having information like name, id, current location with their current image, report ,aadhar number , contact details, etc.By using this module, company management can easily record the regularity and punctuality of each employee and can determine salary payable efficiently. This module gives a relief from the manually marking of attendance.
Also in this module there is facility of night shift request which will transfer to their head then its all depend its report if it will be essential then it accepted else it rejected.This maintenance provide regularly update to their head by their employee or vice-versa.
