Many a times, we want our sales force or service team to fill a form repeatedly and analyze the results.
Or to enhance the business quality, it is necessary to get feedback from the customer and other partners to analyze the gap and fulfill it.
This App provides a platform to design a single or multiple surveys and push it to the desired team members to fill single or multiple instances of the survey form. The organization can then review, analyze and provide better services to its customers.
For example, you want your sales team to visit 25 retail outlets in a day and get some details like shop name, phone number, product placement, picture of the store, etc. You can design the desired survey on the admin panel of Intellivey and push it to the required people. You will get the results in a concise way with basic charts and graphs.
User
 Admin can add surveys as per the business need.
 App gives the features to add text, images, mutiple choice questions etc.
 Admin can view the user list and assign the survey to a particular user.
 User gets the notification of the assigned survey.
 User can view the survey list which is assigned to her.
 User can take time to fill the survey (even in the offline mode) and submit it when completed.
 User can view the graphical representation of completed survey.
Admin
Admin has access to a web dashboard where admin can manage the following features:
Admin can create a survey by it’s type and assign it to the desired user list.
Admin can manage the questionnaire and its answer choices.
Admin can check the surveys which are completed or in process and other related activities.
Admin can manage the user list and have the rights to add/delete and block/unblock a user.
Admin can view the reports of the survey and analyze the data with charts and graphs.
