MetroYaan app is a smart way to avail exclusive employee transit facility in your city. We are working with many IT, ITS, Finance and manufacturing organization to solve manual process challenges, mainly for employee roster and routing and dispatch.
“MetroYaan” is PITASYS brand product which is helping companies to optimize their operation cost, leverage next generation technology and have employee safety & security system. This App is part of our Corp Commuter Platform which works in background to identify shortest and best way for your transit.
Enrolment with MetroYaan is two-step process, very easy and user friendly. Just register with your name, authorized organization email id and mobile number. You will receive default password on your mobile based on your organization transit policy. It is mandatory for your organization to have a transit contract signed with MetroYaan or its affiliated subsidiary / fleet service provider or partnered company.
Registered user can easily check their trip using ‘MyPass’ option which generate boarding pass for your each planned trip, either for pickup or drop. You can always check planned fleet schedule details with important details like – current status, standard time of arrival (STA), expected time of arrival (ETA). You can also track your fleet on map surface to know the current location. You can also cancel your trip in case you have change in the plan.
Very Important!! You can always use ‘PANIC’ button during your planned transition for any emergency situations. You will get service based on your location from your vehicle provider company location. They will contact you for further support and help.
You can set your home location using map surface, which helps to check your nearest boarding stop assigned to you by system.
