Aplikasi WM – UMROH adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Aplikasi Wirausaha Muslim, dengan tujuan untuk melayani masyarakat umum secara online untuk melakukan perjalanan ibadah umroh ke tanah suci Mekah dan wisata halal keseluruh dunia.
Aplikasi WM-UMROH terdiri dari dua fungsi : Pertama, aplikasi untuk digunakan oleh masyarakat peminat perjalanan umroh atau perjalanan wisata halal. Kedua adalah aplikasi untuk PIC (personal in Charge) atau person diberbagai wilayah yang bertugas melayani jamaah dalam hal pemberkasan fisik dokumen perjalanan guna pengurusan visa.
Pada aplikasi WM-UMROH masyarakat secara online dapat mengakses informasi tentang paket-paket perjalanan umroh dan paket perjalanan wisata halal yang disediakan oleh provider-provider perjalanan umroh dan perjalanan wisata halal yang bergabung aplikasi WM-UMROH.
Aplikasi ini di lengkapi dengan fitur-fitur untuk pendaftaran perjalanan umroh dan perjalanan wisata halal, melalui formulir elektronik pemesan menginput data (nama, alamat, nomor pasport dan lain-lain) yang ditampilkan pada smartphone pemesan perjalanan.
Untuk setiap tahap pembayaran (Booking fee, Uang muka dan pelunasan) biaya perjalan, aplikasi akan menginformasikan secara otomatis virtual account (VA) atas nama pemesan untuk setiap tahap pembayaran. Aplikasi secara real time akan mengirim bukti bayar secara elektronik ke smartphone pemesan.
Dalam Aplikasi WM-UMROH disediakan panduan doa, manasik, waktu sholat, arah kiblat, dan pantauan cuaca. Dengan Aplikasi ini keberadaan peserta perjalanan umroh dan wisata halal dapat dipantau oleh keluarga dirumah mulai dari keberangkatan sampai dengan kepulangan.
Aplikasi WM-UMROH secara otomatis akan menghubungkan pemesan perjalanan umroh atau wisata halal dengan person in charge (PIC) dari lokasi terdekat pemesan perjalanan. PIC tersebar diseluruh wilayah Indonesia sampai tingkat kecamatan. PIC akan melayani pemesan perjalanan umroh atau perjalanan wisata halal secara langsung terkait dengan pemberkasan fisik dokumen perjalanan (Pasport, bukti suntik maningitis, bukti biometrik dan lain-lain.
