Control Room application helps Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) to track and analyse trainings on Financial Literacy. MFIs can track all aspects of the training courses that are conducted by their Master Trainers on the field.
The current application saves form data offline and then syncs back to the server.
The current app supports the following forms:
* Baseline Form
* Field Coordinator Form
* Master Trainer Form
( Endline Form will be added soon )
Filling up a Form
You will find a list of forms on the Home Screen.
To use the application, tap on a form. Fill the entire form. After you press 'Save form and Exit', a saved form entry is created on the home screen.
Editing a Completed Form
You can tap on the entry to edit the form. If you press the back button twice, you go back to the Home Screen.
Syncing the Offline forms to the Server
When you have an active data connection or a Wifi connection you can press 'Sync Now'. The data is sent to the server. Once you send the data, you can no longer edit or make changes to the data.
Exporting the Data
You can also export data from the application to your phone by clicking on the 'Export Data' button.
