During the call, if you like any product being shown by the seller, BASIYN facilitates you to create a wishlist of those products by capturing the photo of the product on screen. You can add photos to your wish list with every call and then you can review your wish list to see all the products of different sellers added during different video calls. We take customer privacy very seriously and your privacy is our responsibility. When you are in a video call with the seller, the seller is not able to see you. Seller cannot dial you back for the video call. Seller does not get to see your address after the call. So, you can have video calls with sellers without any hesitation.
