A simple app to provide you with a reminder of some big event that is coming up. It is not a calendar, not a count-down, just a simple reminder when you may need, or want, it.
I developed it to help remind a good friend that his retirement is not that long away. Then started thinking that maybe a Bride-to-be might want a simple reminder when things get stressful. She can also use it to remind the future husband "See how much time you have left to get fitted for your tux!?"
Maybe a College Student may need a reminder, in the middle of the night, that finals are not that far off and you can make it! The children don't have to keep asking "how much longer before we go on vacation?", when they want to know they can check themselves.
Press the Menu Button (or the three horizontal lines button) to bring up options for each path.
Pressing the Menu button on the Events Listing page shows you options to Add a new Event or you can delete all expired Events.
A long-touch on the Event Maintenance item will bring up options to either Edit or Delete specific Events. The Description is what is displayed while counting down to the Big Event. The "After Expire" message is to let you know that it is finally here and you made it!
Set the date and time and you have your quick reminder all ready until the next "My Big Event" comes up!
