The much-awaited Union Budget 2018 is here. People, industry bodies and politicos are all waiting for the NDA government’s fifth budget which will be presented by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the Parliament.
The Budget 2018 is a crucial one as this would be the last full-fledged budget of Narendra Modi government before the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. The Budget 2018 will also be the first one after the implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Politically too, this Budget is crucial as assembly elections will be held in big states like Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
